Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all tutoring services provided by Toya’s Next Level Tutoring, LLC. By engaging services, you agree to the following:

1. Scope of Services:

Tutoring is instructional support, not a substitute for classroom teaching. Tutor does not guarantee outcomes.

Payments are due upfront or upon invoice. Sessions may be suspended until payment is received.

Prepaid sessions are non-refundable except for unused hours with written notice, minus administrative fees.

Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no shows are charged in full.

Clients are responsible for internet and software readiness. Technical failures on the client side are billable.

Respectful communication is expected at all times. The Tutor may end a session if behaviour is disruptive.

The Tutor will not complete assignments or tests for the student.

All materials provided remain the property of Toya’s Next Level Tutoring, LLC and are for personal use only.

Any dispute shall first be addressed through mediation prior to court proceedings.

TNLT reserves the right to amend these Terms with 14 days’ notice.
