At Toya’s Next Level Tutoring, LLC, we believe that structure, fairness, and mutual respect help every student succeed. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth tutoring experience for students, families, and the tutor. Please review them carefully before booking sessions.
1. No-Show / Late Policy
Punctuality is key to maximizing tutoring time.
Students are expected to arrive on time for each session.
If a student arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid overlapping with the next appointment.
If a student does not attend a session without prior notice, the session will be marked as a “no-show” and may be forfeited without a refund.
Consistent lateness or missed sessions may result in limited scheduling availability moving forward.
2. Refund / Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, but advance notice is required for schedule changes.
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without communication, will be considered “forfeited” and not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are not typically offered after tutoring services have begun, as time has already been reserved and prepared.
Exceptions to this policy (such as emergencies) may be considered at the discretion of Toya’s Next Level Tutoring.
3. Non-Discrimination Policy
Every student deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported.
Toya’s Next Level Tutoring is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming learning environment.
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or background.
Bullying, disrespect, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Students and families are expected to treat the tutor with the same respect and professionalism that they will receive in return.
4. Privacy Policy
Your trust and confidentiality are important to us.
All personal information, including student records, academic performance, and progress notes, is kept strictly confidential.
Information will only be used to improve tutoring services and will not be shared with outside parties without written consent.
Digital tools such as Calendly, Zoom, Stripe, and Mercury are used only for scheduling, payment, and session purposes. All platforms follow standard privacy and security practices.
Parents and guardians may request progress updates, which will be provided securely.
